  We just bought our first home and used Loan Depot in Livermore for our VA home loan. Our loan consultant, Maureen Torretto, was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced in working with veterans. She always answered our questions and replied in a very timely manner. She anticipated most of our concerns and questions and even addressed some we hadn’t thought of yet. She held our hands through the entire process, carefully explained everything, and made the whole experience easier. With her help, we were able to close on our house in under 30 days! Maureen really cares about her clients, knows how to support veterans and VA loans, and we highly recommend her!

  Maureen Torretto and her team at loandepot are the best. I got my first home loan here and came back for a refi a year later. I always know I am getting the best deal thru Maureen and the process is always so easy. I would for sure recommend loandepot and Maureen and her team specifically.

  Maureen and crew are simply the best when it comes to loans and loan products! I have heard countless stories of folks who thought the dream of homeownership was out of reach, but Maureen worked miracles. She is a pro at rapid rescores, works closely with her clients to make sure she gets them the right product, and sets her clients up for success by getting them preapproved before they even start looking to purchase a home.

  Maureen and Mai-Li were beyond helpful. Thoroughly explained the entire process, all the documentation, etc. The document reviews and summaries sent to me were super clear and easy to understand. This is a super star team. Highly recommend them.

  I submitted a request for a HELOC through Lending Tree. I was contacted by Dave Pollock from Loan Depot. After answering a bunch of his questions, he tells me he only offers a refinance or home equity loan product. He the wants me to explain WHY I want a HELOC. When he didn't like the answer he got, he hung up on me!!! Really? Never, ever, do business with this company. They could care less about their customers and they will hang up on you as thanks for inquiring about their product.
