  Horrible customer service unless you know the lady completing the registration and title paperwork. I was there from about 2:30 until 5 and left with nothing accomplished. After the desk girl got all of my documents gathered and I paid my fee she told me it would be a few minutes to complete everything. After sitting there for well over an hour I realized the woman in the back completing the paperwork was working on some else's, who came in well after me. It was also obvious she knew this person. Once the line jumper received their stuff and were on their merry way, she started on mine. Within two seconds of working on my stuff the desk girl comes to me and tells me they can't do anything with my items until I pay roughly $3000 in taxes on top of the $135 I had already paid. At that point I was done, I asked for my money back, said my piece on how it was complete bs they put people who came in after me first and left. I've used them in the past for other services, but I will never go back.

  Angela, I am truly sorry you had such a bad experience this one time. Since you have been a customer of ours in the past, surely you know that the this is an isolated incident.   Hi Slidell friends! Do not use the ATM machine at Notary at your Service on Gause! Their machine didn't give me the $100 I was taking out and my bank debited my account. Notary at Your Service was ZERO help and only kept saying the money wasn't dispensed so it'snot their problem at all. USAA is helping but awful customer service from the Notary place who owns the ATM machine! Just don't want this happening to anyone else in Slidell 😊 because they didn't even shut the machine down to say Out of Order.

  Kelli, This is Kim, the Office Manger here at Notary At Your Service. I'm the one that was trying to help you troubleshoot the ATM issue. Prior to your arrival, and since your departure, we have had no issues with our ATM. As I tried to explain to you, USAA, as well as many other banks, require that you advise them when you leave your state of residence. When both of your transactions were denied, USAA, as well as many other banks, will put a hold on the amount that you are trying to withdraw/spend, until they can confirm with the customer that no fraud is taking place. As per the USAA customer service representative stated, while you were on the phone with them, they would release your money back to you within the next 10-20 minutes. I apologize that your experience with our ATM was not satisfactory, but I hope that the next time you are in Slidell, you give us another try.

  Been here a few times and will keep going back.Ms Marie is great! And it's a 1-stop shop for titles, licenses, notary... whatever you need. Can even do a reconstruction title.

  I moved to the area a couple of years ago and have done business with them several times for updating information, purchased several vehicles since I’ve been in the area. They have been great, very polite and helpful, it’s been the least painful DMV dealings I’ve ever had and I’ve been dealing with La DMV for over 42 years.

  Staff is very friendly. The wait is usually short depending on the service you need. Several services available! One stop shopping for notary service, motor vehicle service (dmv services) , & postal service. Great people to do business with!

  Great place. Quick and efficient. Sold my car there in less than 30 mins. Recently went there for notary assistance. Less than 15 mins. and we were done.

  I've been doing auto titles here for years. I've never had any issues at all, aside from issues on my end. Everything is strictly by the book, so of course if you don't have your ducks in a row, there will be snags.
