  It is impossible to speak live to anyone at a Chase branch. That is a HUGE poor customer service gliche, especially if you live in a neighboring town that is 20 miles away.

  Ms. Melissa & Ms. Chelsea were both amazing with customer service and addressing my concerns with having and getting all the answers to help. The inside was well laid out and spacious. The safety precautions were being enforced and I felt that they cared for their clients. Recommending this Location :)

  Charges fee’s higher than the industry standard and has a rude manager that will talk to you like she's your principle.

  I set up a atm debit card with them and they claimed to have sent a pin that they set their self and I never received one when I called customer service or any number even talked to someone at the branch they were rude and said they couldn’t help me so now I’m just unable to use my money that’s being deposited to this account for me and my children not to be homeless chase is scamming people with these cards

  They are great until you try to call the bankers. They don’t answer. They don’t try to go above and beyond. How are they bankers if they don’t answer the phone. You can call and call all you want. It’s a hit or miss. If you want something done. Or want some assistance or help. You have to literally go to the bank to talk to someone. Because. They DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES !! NOT A GOOD LOOK

  Dear branch manager, the outside atm does not work and people inside even don’t know that it does not work 🤷🏼‍♂️ please inform them that u have an issue and the Atm needs to be fixed to better serve the valued customers!

  The ATM at this branch is usually out of service. I’m not sure why I keep coming here

  Friendliest bank in town. I really like Chase. They take good care of their customers and have high security standards.
