  Extremely proficient on all aspects of the procedure. Takes about fifteen minutes, employees are extremely polite, they had all the answers to my questions with a smile. What else could a person ask for. Outstanding is the best way to describe my experience.

  Mikaela was awesome! She was very professionally and polite. The service was fast as always and I was taken care of without any hassle whatsoever. I definitely recommend these guys if you need a temporary loan. They've always been excellent to work with and very understanding.

  Their website says they can't discriminate against if someone is working or not, but I'm waiting on disability that I was approved for and I stated I do things like when I can to buy and sell bikes not they denied me and wouldn't give me my information back due to not having a employer! Very much nothing like their website, I wouldn't recommend unless you want to get the run around for nothing and get you information taking and not returned, very poor service and not true to their business policy

  I needed a quick loan and Northwest was the best way to go. Friendly, courteous, professional service !!!! Easy to work with, as a disabled Vet I appreciate the much needed loan! this is my 2nd loan with Northwest is a company I can trust. Thank You !!!

  Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the Workers are nice and try to help as much as thry can. but their interest rate is so much higher than other places. We left this company for another because of better interest rate percentage. Make sure to do your research thoroughly.

  Michelle was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process. She was even able to get me approved for more than I was initially told.

  The problem you caldwell location issue a check 8nstead of cash as the have the three other times that I have taken out loans and payed back. Wal mart wouldn't cask it. Money tree casked it across the street for 4¹.00. Your establishment would not credit my account even part of the check cashing fee. I will never use you again

  Great, Fast, And Friendly. Always Able To Help In Almost Any Situation. Also Family Friendly And A Nice Open Play Area For Kids. Recommend 10/10
