Been with them for 25 years been pretty good had a snafu with $3 statement fee when I wasn't getting statements but made it right after a while

Ive been receiving my bank statements late not sure why and its always in the negatives which is ok but I don't receive until weeks later ... when I do get one its too late to catch and pay my neg balance is extremely high I've had this issue with this for 3 months and now this month I get a balance of -70 really fustracting going to another bank might be the only option
