We have worked with Northstar on every home, income property and refinance and because of their exemplary customer service we will remain loyal until the very end!   Leigh from Northstar Mortgage Group went above and beyond in helping us get into our dream home in a insane market. She worked diligently, including on the weekends, to ensure we had all the information necessary to make informed decisions.   Our family has worked with Leigh twice in the last 4 years; first for our initial mortgage and most recently for our refinance. She is the best in the business. She is professional, prompt, and persistent. She is resourceful and will always find the answers for you, even when they’re tough to find. She has good relationships in the community and with her clients and that matters. She does all of this while being a mom to her 4 children. She will do what’s right for your family and she will hold your hand (when you need) along the way.

  We just completed refinancing our home with Northstar Mortgage and could not have asked for a better experience! Leigh helped us with our first home purchase 4 years ago and it was like we picked up right where we left off. The entire process took all of 13 days from the time I emailed Leigh (out of the blue) to the time we closed. Not only was that a small fraction of the time we were told to expect "from anybody" by a national mortgage company, but Northstar's fees were significantly lower as well. Leigh and Jen are extremely responsive and understanding to the zillion questions and clarifications that come up. Their down to earth approach takes all of the stress out of these massive financial decisions and that is really what it all comes down to. I'll always recommend Northstar to friends and family because aside from being good just on paper, they absolutely have their client's best interests at heart.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Brian and Kara. They were extremely helpful, professional and very friendly. They made the home loan process very easy especially since this is my first time buying a home and whenever I had questions they were there. They congratulated me on closing day and now I have a beautiful dream home thanks to their help. I would absolutely recommend Northstar to anyone looking for the best loan company.
