  From our first day of house-hunting to the handing over of the keys, Ben was fantastic. He contacted our realtor the first day to introduce himself (really impressing the realtor), kept in touch patiently explaining what was needed from us and why, and called in favors from his contacts to expedite the process and get us to close in record time.
