  We started our refinance with the new Sherwood branch in late October and closed by December. Working with Samuel was the smoothest refinance we've ever had in the past 40+ years of buying and refinancing houses and we've done several with various banks and mortgage brokers throughout the years. Samuel was quick, concise, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and we very much appreciate the help he was able to provide in navigating the paperwork.   We want to give Samuel a shout out for being the BEST! He was our loan officer in finding our very first home. He was so patient with us and answered all of our questions as first home buyers. We called so many times to asking about the process and what was needed next. I bet we drove him a bit crazy but we are thankful he was great to us! We finally got a beautiful home and we couldn't have done it without Samuel! We moved in quicker than we thought to our home too! The process was so smooth and easy!   We always have a great experience dealing with OnPoint for all of our banking needs as well as our re-financing our mortgage in Fall 2020. Our Mortgage Loan Officer Samuel Brackeen IV did an outstanding job assisting us with navigating the process.   You ever walk into somewhere and you get the vibe nobody wants to be there. It's shocking and such a beautiful place has a terrible aurora. Nobody greeted me while everyone in offices with their head down almost shocked to see someone walk in. I won't visit this place again. Even my big bank across the street at least two people smile and say hello. Entire staff here needs training or coffee and management should be ashamed.

  I've been a member for 10 years and I've always felt like Onpoint had my back... Unlike my experience where bankers and management was solutions focused, Josh seemed to believe that I wasn't worth his time. Perhaps it's just the management of this branch...

  Awesome experience. The branch is nice and the staff is friendly. The Mortgage Rep Sam their was very helpful and friendly. Their entire feel is actually pretty good. It's good it's next to Starbucks too!
