  Shawn at NorthStar Home Loans LLC was incredibly helpful and patient and understanding throughout my first home purchasing process. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything required of me and worked with the other agencies assisting me with the other parts of the process (insurance, appraisal, inspection, attorney, etc.) flawlessly.   Shawn and his team helped me immensely with a first time home buying process. I went in with zero knowledge and Shawn walked me through the process easily and patiently.   When I closed on my house, my realtor told me that this “was the easiest transaction in 40 years”.   The Northstar Home Loans team made my first time home buying process an easy and enjoyable experience. Haley did an amazing job leading the team and helping us find the best loan option that fit our desires and needs with purchasing our new home. I greatly appreciated Kelsey’s weekly updates and responsiveness with any questions we had. I really saw how much of a team effort and family Northstar really is with Kathy and Justin jumping in to assist in other aspects of the home buying process providing any additional resources needed during closing. Michaels attentiveness was unmatched also making sure we were satisfied during the entire home buying process.   Shawn T was our mortgage guy. He was amazing! He is very responsive, on top of things and a real pleasure to work with. No salesman pitches or false promises. Process was done in the time frame contracted. Definitely recommend for a painless part of purchasing a home and would use again if I was ever in the market to refinance or buy.

  Buying your first home is a valuable event, which can be very stressful if you are poorly accompanied. My family and I were so excited to live this adventure fully. But we had the misfortune to work with people who wanted to take advantage of our inexperience and force us into a deal that was so harmful to us. A close friend heard about it and introduced us to NorthStar. Jason and his team (Michael & Raushon) came in at the perfect timing and guided us through this nightmare. Six months later, I feel so grateful to everybody who helped us, especially the NorthStar team's dedication and professionalism, exceeding our expectations and securing our dream.
