Bruce Bressette3I am a customer of the Putnam CT branch. I can't reccomend more if your looking for a new bank to look elsewhere. Customer service is rude and they say they want to help but dont. They say they have taken action with issues yet the phone calls keep coming. I paid a mortgage payment early according to them. Who treats their customers like this for a perceived early payment. I have decided to move on. Their 3 star rating is over rated.

Jacqueline Dufour1This branch has repeatedly screwed up my accounts. Closing brand new accounts, moving my money without informing me, and causing (avoidable) stressful circumstances to occur. If you are going to use Key Bank, I strongly encourage you to use a different branch.

Tyler H5I went there to open an account and it was a great experience. The woman was very friendly and explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Bank to people. I left convinced that I made the right decision

Mike M1Worst bank I’ve ever been to they don’t care if they make a mistake place is a joke credit card shut offs every other day and then have to have a new one sent out terrible overdraft fees

Bobby L1Always messing up my girlfriends account that's a reason I left them always messing up my account so now they are charging someone a over draft fee on a over draft fee which makes no sense I told my girlfriend to get a new bank like I did. If I have advice for anyone out there dont go with this bank.
