  Northpoint and Karen Lagasse are TERRIFIC. They always made me feel like part of the family. No matter how many questions I had they always took time to help and answer anything I needed. They also helped me get the best rate around, nobody could beat it, now that's saying something. My realtor in all his career has never worked with anyone better and more professional then Karen and Northpoint. If you shopping for a Mortgage, look no further.

  Joselyn was amazing the entire way through. She was always available to answer any questions and did everything she could to make sure we ended up in our dream home. If you're in search for a mortgage, I world highly recommend northpoint.

  I recently refinanced my home through Northpoint Mortgage with Karen Lagasse. She was able to lock in a great rate and was really helpful throughout the process. She always goes the extra step when helping me get the most bang for my buck. I love working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to save some money and refinance their home.   Chad Berry was very helpful throughout the whole refinancing process. He patiently answered all our questions and was able to provide us three different scenarios that help us ultimately decide on which one was the best fit for us. He has a personal touch that made us feel zero pressure to get it done right away. He also didn’t miss to update us of the status. He promptly provided any papers we needed from him. And oh, he actually answered his phone when he was on vacation.

  Taking the advice of a friend and local realtor and using Northpoint Mortgage was one of the smarter moves I've ever made. Karen Lagasse and the entire staff at Northpoint Mortgage made the home buying process quick and relatively stress free. When problems arose, as they inevitably do, Karen dealt with the issues and kept me informed from beginning to end. A pleasure dealing with someone as competent, perceptive and caring as Karen.

  We recently used Northpoint Mortgage to buy a home in MA. Karen Lagasse, from the Bedford NH office, helped us tremendously in the process of filing the paperwork. Her professionalism surpasses that of any loan financing facilitator that we have ever contacted. She made the process very hassle free and that led us to turn down the many other offers that we had and went with Northpoint Mortgage.   My husband and I are currently working with the Diaz team to buy our first home. What should be an insanely stressful process has really not been so bad.. and i can honestly say it has EVERYTHING to do with working with the Diaz team. We are almost to the finish line but I honestly did not want to wait any longer to let everyone know how outstanding Raf and Lisa are. There have been a few hiccups, to be expected but we have had FULL SUPPORT the entire time. I can't say enough good things about working with this insanely awesome team and i recommend them highly.. I just want to add, every single person we have encountered while working with Northpoint Mortgage has been wonderful. We are so thankful!!' update: We STILL love the Diaz team!!! Seriously, the BEST!

  Karen Lagasse and Northpoint Mortgage offer fantastic service. I am not only highly recommending Karen but I have used her Mortgage Broker services 3 times in the last 5 years. Each time Karen and her able staff worked out any issues quickly and painlessly. She has saved me a ton of money and has helped me immeasurably. She is patient, caring and understanding and a pleasure to work with. I am not a relative, but was introduced by my realtor. Because of the type of mortgage I have, I am inundated with offers from mortgage brokers and banks. Karen has always gotten me the best rate and provided the best service.
