  When me and my wife were purchasing our duplex John was a godsend. He was so easy to work with and made sure we understood everything that was happening every step of the way. He always easy to get in touch with and really went above and beyond. Our deal had a few roadblocks but thanks to John and his team we felt confident the entire time. I would recommend him to anyone, and will be using him on all deals moving forward.

  John was an absolute pleasure to work with as a lender. He is able to explain things in an understandable manner, and was consistently willing to hop on a call if there was any question to be answered - no matter how small it was. It is clear that John cares about the people he works with, which was extremely comforting during a stressful event like buying a house in today's crazy real estate market. I would recommend him as a lender to anyone without hesitation.

  John & Fairway make buying a home easy and effortless. With something that can be stressful to home buyers, John did an amazing job and made the process smooth. He let us know exactly what documents were needed and when they were needed by and as long as we provided everything, he did his magic on his end to put everything together. This is the second time buying a home and I have used John & Fairway both times because I know what I can expect from them.   John is the epitome of what you look for in a loan officer! I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer! John was extremely thorough, and explained everything in great detail. John was super patient and could easily break things down for me so I was able to understand everything. John was always ready for whatever questions I had (there were many!) he was always so quick to respond to emails or phone calls. The home buying process was quite the journey for me, but John and the rest of my team made it a breeze!
