  I had great service today from Honey. I needed new copies of some mislaid documents. Honey quickly printed out what could be accessed locally, then got head office to send the rest by e-mail. All done in a couple of hours with a smile, when I had expected days and a lot of eye-rolling. Thanks!

  Katarina K was extremely patient and helpful the entire time. She explained everything to me thoroughly and made me feel valued, there is not much customer service like this lately so I am extremely thankful. She was super knowledgeable and kind. Thank you again Katarina.

  I would like to recognize Saraswathi at the Westboro branch. The swift & courteous response to my situation was handled with care, professional, & patient with me during the many phone calls getting my account corrected. I have been with this bank for 10+ years. Every interaction with the staff at this branch is always pleasant.

  I do my Business Banking on this Location and i could not be happier with their services, Katarina is excellent always ready to help and assist with any issues that arise. the Tellers are so friendly and fast which is perfect for us business owners . will probably move my personal account to Avidia at some point.   Kim in Westborough has always been so helpful. Every time I've had a problem with my accounts or going online she knows exactly what to do to help me. The tellers are always so cheerful when they do my business deposits. I love my Westborough bank!
