Nehemiah Mccumber2Disgrace to credit unions in Greeley co. They lost my first credit card in the mail and now I’m 2 months with no card and the hassle of going in the credit union to pull cash every time I need to. Don’t trust these people.

Sara S1I was paired with a rookie loan officer to facilitate my recent used car purchase. He made several mistakes, then lied to me repeatedly in an attempt to cover his tracks. Reaching a supervisor was virtually impossible. Multiple messages were left, but calls were never returned. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a credit union, I strongly advise against using this one. The whole experience was disappointing. Re: response from owner: Debbie, this is not about "not meeting my expectations". When he told me (and you) "Michelle at the DMV said their mail takes 7-10 business days", that was a flat-out lie. He doubled down on this lie in another conversation several days later. Michelle told him no such thing. I know this because I called and asked her. He demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, and really has no business handling anybody's finances.

Sheilah Gothier5EVERYONE I have done business with at the CU has always been so helpful and polite and I feel like they truly appreciate my business. I’ve been with them for over 20 years. I’ve had bad experiences at other banks with poor customer service. I’ve never experienced that with our CU!

femaleintelligent15I have never had such a positive experience with a bank or credit union! We worked with the AMAZING Debbie Shepherd to secure a personal auto loan for a rebranded title. If anyone has ever tried to acquire an auto loan for a rebranded title, you know just how difficult it is to find a financial institution willing to do an auto loan for a rebranded title. Auto Source was the seller of the vehicle and although working with them was very difficult, Debbie Shephard adeptly handled every one of their curveballs - even AFTER HOURS! Debbie Shephard did a tremendous amount of work WAY above and beyond her job description to insure we were taken care of in every way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the high quality of customer service we received at Northern Colorado Credit Union!
