  The service and general competence of the Biddeford branch has gone down hill so badly that I'm considering switching banks. I recently consolidated 4 credit cards to a personal loan. The woman helping me told me numerous times that she would take care of closing my accounts when she sent the final payment. Not only did she over pay on all 4 accounts, costing me about 400 extra dollars on my loan, but she did not cancel a single account. One of which I found out today, I still owe money on. On top of that they were supposed to setup automatic withdrawals every week for a set amount. They failed to do so, but instead setup a completely different payment schedule, for a different amount than we discussed, causing me to overdraft my account, on a holiday weekend. I'm done with the lack of care and general lack of listening skills. Not to mention getting anyone from the branch on the phone is like pulling teeth. I'll be looking for a new bank soon.

  Gloria answered my questions swiftly and compassionately. From the tone of her voice, personalization of the call, and knowledge she relayed back to me... I could not be happier. 10/10 experience (I was on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for an available rep prior to her answering the line, which could have been better, but at no fault of her).

  So happy I switched banks to Northeast credit union! Got my car loan there and shana from the NH branch did such an amazing job helping me through the process! So I drove to the Sanford Northeast credit union to open up an checking account and I got the best experience ever thanks to Ruth and Deb! Hands down best decision I've made. And I highly recommend northeast credit union! Thank you so much Northeast Credit Union!

  I recently needed some help with a loan. I was assisted by Contact center Rep Gloria Doyle. Well, she was outstanding. Couldn't have asked for anyone more friendly and professional. She is a credit to her profession and I would have given her 10 stars if I could have. Northeast Credit Union, I hope you see this, you are lucky to have someone like this working for you.

  My experience at Northeast Credit Union has been overwhelmingly positive.... concerned and caring employees have proven themselves to be exceptionally competent, cooperative and helpful in all respects. I was very impressed with the wonderful treatment I have received there. Highly recommended....

  I had an issue with my account that couldnt be resolved in the bank, and when I called they helped me sort it out quickly and delivered above my expectations. Honestly not what I expected, but they really treated me like a friend and not just someone they didnt care about. They were friendly, fast, and solved the issue I was having saving me almost $200

  The staff are very friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. I’ve always enjoyed my trips here. It must be tough though during the pandemic with hours changing, lobbies allowed to open then closed. We all have to adapt. I look forward to seeing everyone again once it’s safe to do so.

  These people are utterly incompetent. My bank card gets frozen on a weekly basis. Today, my card is frozen, their site is down, and I have no way to contact anyone to resolve this problem. This is not someone you want with control over your money. Run from this place like your rear is on fire.

  Went to the atm after getting out of work to make a deposit so I didn’t have to go the next day only to find two cops hanging out chilling in their cars blocking the entrance. The bank itself also made a charge on my debit. When I called to ask what that was for the girl said oh, sorry that’s actually our mistake. :(

  The team is very helpful whenever I need assistance...replacing my debit card same day was awesome. The hours are frustrating as most are just getting outta work when they close at 4:30. Most my banking is done at night deposit due to this. The fees charged are the most I've ever paid even thou I make night deposits 3x per week. Overdraft protection doesn't benefit the customer the way they have it set up. Make sure u r aware of how that actually works before starting. If your $10 short on a bill payment that is $400 the entire amt gets put on ur credit card. Eventually deemed useless!
