  HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went to go through drive through to make a cash deposit I got there minutes before they were closing, just in time. The woman at the window said I couldnt do the deposit through the drivethrough that I had to come in to do it. She said I could come in and make the deposit that way. She said it twice. So I drove around parked and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and all 3 people at the counter looked at me and completely ignored me. Like I wasnt even there, like I didnt just make it to the drivethrough in time. Makes no sense why I couldnt make a cash deposit through the drivethrough. Also the ignoring part wow! Give your employees some service training and teach them how to respect your customers. Just emmbaressing.

  Cortney – Correct, there are some transactions, such as shared branching transactions, that are to be handled in the lobby. It seems there was miscommunication on the perception of “just in time.” Unfortunately, as the branch manager explained at the door, we were closed. We can be better at communicating.   They are always pleasant and ready to help. Online banking has always been great. Send a message any you get a prompt answer. We have been with this credit union science the 80. Through 4 different names and always great service.

  I would not recommend this bank to my friends. I tried for hours to make a credit card payment with my new debit card with no luck. The next day I called. They told me to go to a branch and fill out a form. So I go to the branch, and was told I don't have enough money in my account to get a increase. Wait ! that is my money and you won't let me get it??? Time to change Banks.

  Perfect loan repayment history. Always took care of my accounts. Paid my car off 10 months early and they stole the remainder of my GAP insurance.

  ATM is always down. Been down the whole weekend and bank is closed to go inside have to drive way out of the way to find another atlantic bank. Worst atm service I have ever had. They need to update there machine to the present . Been a member for a few years now, not that it matters.

  I've called 5 times today and waited on hold more than 10 minutes each time and still nobody picks up! Not everyone does online banking, something's you need to speak with someone about! This is ridiculous

  I was never a credit union member until banking institutions started raising their rates to continue making money. That started my credit union search...and how I found YCFCU in Sanford. They have two convenient branches in-town Sanford and South Sanford, as well as York and Biddeford. All are new construction within the last few years. The staff is BEYOND friendly, knowledgeable and consistently available. I will NEVER go back to a bank and will always recommend YCFCU. The only downfall I have is their minimal online banking site. The details aren't too great and there's no way to make online deposits (as of June 2012!!). Edit: online banking has been available for a while now. Best CU in the area!
