  I started banking with NSB in the mid-90s in a different city. Since moving to the area in 2010 I've stopped at the W. Mason St. branch office regularly and have always received great service from their friendly and helpful staff who always greet you with a warm & genuine smile.

  Absolutely perfect. Set up an appointment to start a new account for my small start-up business. My banker was incredibly nice and helpful. Very nice location, nice staff, and seamless process for setting up my account. Also, everything about North Shore Bank seems modern, up to date, and very professional. Very happy with my decision!

  Nice bank. A very friendly staff. Location is good too near Burlington and other shopping stores. Earlier it used to be on Mason St near Mason and Fisk intersection. That was even more convenient, but this new location has a drive through etc. Though I don’t use the drive through. Always like to walk inside the bank and talk to the friendly staff. Thanks.

  We went through all the work of refinancing with North Shore Bank only to have them SELL our mortgage to some random mortgage company before we could even make the first payment! After they were boasting how they're a local bank etc. etc. Total bait and switch with them!

  Went to a north shore bank ATM, there atm crashed, it took the money out of our bank but didn’t dispense any money. I have the receipt to show it gave me 0$ & my bank report saying it was taken out. Contacted them IMMEDIATELY but they refuse to help out even though they admitted the ATM crashed & it’s there fault. Told me to contact my bank & they hope that my bank can fix it. Long story short i may be out over 100$!! HORRRIBLE customer service !!!

  The ladies here are all fantastic. I always have a pleasant experience and they have the answers I'm looking for or the help that I need. Highly recommend this bank and specifically this branch.

  Love the bank until they call and say you can get a loan then you call him backand they say they can't help you although you've been with them for seven years in good standing and they can't help you I think that's kind of ridiculous I am taking all my money I'm going to a different bank
