  Nothing but great things to say about Joe and Kathy at North Point Mtg. They held our hands and walked through various scenarios with purchasing a new home, refinancing, and any other questions or concerns we had. Even we had doubts about the market, or what competitors were doing, they took the time to really help educate us on things that we should be looking for - never pushy, or needed our business, always looked out for our best interest.   Our experience with Joe Rogers and Kathy Portanka at North Point Mortgage Advisors was outstanding to say the least. My husband and I were searching for the right mortgage company to handle the financing for the purchase of our new home. We came across several loan officers who offered ridiculous terms, poor customer service and a lack of knowledge about beneficial products. We found North Point on google and went with our gut. Boy, we are happy we did! The experience was exceptional! Joe and Kathy explained every single detail until we understood. Their patience and attention to detail was amazing. He and Kathy were always available to answer all of our questions and concerns. They worked tirelessly day in and out to be sure that we were happy, that our documents were in tack, and, that our process was stress free! It was important to them to be of service to us. We never imagined making a home purchase so soon from making the trek from the East Coast. They made this possible for my family and I. We can't thank them enough.   Above and beyond any expectations! Joe sets the standard! He and his team are extremely professional, efficient, detail-oriented and caring! Joe has been working with us for over three years and, boy oh boy, he has patience! His knowledge of the mortgage industry is immense! He is honest and will make sure your success is the final goal.
