  I'd worked with Joe Wargo 3 years ago when I bought my condo and was so pleased with the service at Summerfield that I decided to use them again when I refinanced this summer. I had the good fortune of working with Louis Cole this time around. He was attentive, thorough, and passionate about explaining the myriad factors that influence mortgage rates. He can stay high level or get as granular as you like - a testament to his proficiency as a mortgage broker. Great service two times in a row, and an even better rate on my mortgage. I'd recommend Louis to anyone who's buying or refinancing.

  Louis was referred to us by our real estate agent, Heather Comer, who got us our beautiful home. Louis was very helpful in achieving our goals and always available to answer questions even after hours. If he couldn’t respond right away he made sure to reach out asap by either text or email. Louis is a great communicator keeping both my husband and I in the loop always and staying ahead of issues before it arose. Louis is the lender you want in your corner fighting for you to get the best rate, well educated in his field and able to beat even the builder’s preferred lender quote. He’s easy to work with and encouraging throughout the buying process. It’s been a long time since we bought a house and grateful he was there at the closing day to make sure everything went well.

  This was the second time that I worked Joe Wargo. He helped me purchase my home home originally and then helped me refinance my home. Joe was awesome to work with the first time and just as incredible the second. He and his staff made each process simple and easy to navigate, he was always available to answer questions and the entire process was painless. I highly recommend Joe and Summerfield Mortgage. Refinancing my home with Joe went extremely well, I was kept up to date with everything and Joe and Sylvia were always there for me when I had questions or just wanted an update.

  I had an excellent experience with Louis on refinancing my home. I was apprehensive at first with going through the process of getting a new mortgage. My concerns were needing to have money up front as well as getting all the necessary documents together. Louis immediately made me feel at ease. For the most part, the process was a breeze. The only hiccup was the issue of whether or not I needed to have my house reappraised. After going through several of weeks getting this resolved, Louis suggested I search for a new lender & lock in a rate again. Once we did, the loan was closed in 5 days at an even better rate. Louis was recommended to me by my good friends. I can say now I truly know why they recommended him. I will definitely recommend him. Thank you Louis!

  Louis Cole was referred to me by a coworker. He was always available via text, phone, and email to answer my questions in a timely manner. I was even able to reach him on weekends when he wasn't in the office. Louis did a great job securing me the best interest rate on my refinance with a great lender. Closing went very smoothly and Louis even referred me to a great insurance agent to save me additional money on my two cars and my homeowners insurance. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

  I purchased my first home in May of 2018 through Joe and his assistant Silvia and had a wonderful first time home buying experience! Joe is educational, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Purchasing my home was simple. He worked hard to get me the best rate possible and educated me on how mortgage rates change. Joe was present when I signed my paperwork for the house and even after the purchase he has been available to answer my questions. I am leaving this review almost 4 months after my experience and I can say that I would hands down choose Joe again every time!!!

  I had an excellent experience with Summerfield Mortgage, LLC. This was my second time doing business with them. Alyson is very responsive and knowledgeable; she is very good at explaining the concepts involving the process and very eager to help. Valerie did an excellent job of assisting with the process as well. I look forward to working with them again in the future. I highly recommend their services, I wouldn't dare seek services from anyone else.

  We hit it off Louis right from the start. My wife met Louis at a closing where he was a lender on the other side of the transaction. She thought he was very responsive and seemed to know his stuff. When he followed up with her to see how things were going I suggested that we speak to him about a refinance. We couldn't have made a better choice. Louis is professional, knowledgeable, kind and makes you feel like you have known him a lifetime. Louis was able to get us a lower rate than expected and we closed in 9 days. It's just amazing what he can do. We truly can say Louis cares about his customers and we look forward to working with him for many years to come.
