I drove from Bristol on a Sunday and he meet me there at the lot. Very helpful and honest to deal with. We didn’t get the car we drove down to get my wife liked the Acura TL instead . She loves it. Very happy. Thanks guys for coming in on your day off

After only owning the car I bought from here for 6 months (it was an 05 Honda Accord Hybird with only 77k in miles)I had to junk it. Spent 2k in trying to fix it in months 5 and 6. Only got to drive the car for 4 months because the other 2 months it wasn't driveable. Took it to Honda in west Knoxville and it need over 7k in repairs. The car wasn't worth it or that much. Review would have been higher if the car had lasted more than 6 months.

      Response from the owner

Danni, we wish we would have heard from you before while all of this was going on. We could have avoided all of the expenses and time wasted by trading out with you or finding a different avenue. We are truly surprised and sorry to hear about the accord. To my knowledge it was not manifesting or foreshadowing any problems at the time. Again we are sorry to hear this happened it is never our wish to hear back from a customer in this manner.

Holy COW! I bought a 1997 jeep Wrangler. Great condition ran great good price. Didn't make it home with it and it died. Cost me 80 bucks to tow it home. Called Greg and his reply was they tried putting an alternator on it and maybe it was another bad alternator. He didn't disclose any of this before the purchase. They were super cool to deal with until they got my hard earned money then they said they couldn't do anything for me. DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT HOME! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Not even refund me the cost of tow. Seriously people read the reviews, I'm not the only one that had been done horribly wrong. Please take your money to someone who has a soul.👿. 3/22/2018 His response was they put a battery in it and 20$. Funny because the gas light came on before I had driven it 4 miles on the test drive and the car was filthy!. And it had a check guages light that they know was an issue just chose not to fix it and sell it AS IS. Greg is the total stereotype of a used car salesman. BFF until u sign on the dotted line, then good luck when u ask for help. Greg one way shape or form, karma will take care of u. I hope it's a good one! Your problem is you have been a POS your hole life. My guess is Daddy didn't hug you enough or maybe too much🤔😮 3/24/2018. Greg, I will add a poor review every week until you refund me the cost of my tow home. Sad thing is, it was a 15$ part that fixed it. You chose to screw somebody over for a 15$ part!!! Soooo SAD! You could have had a happy repeat customer for life and you chose to be a POS instead. How are you still in business? Remember one bad review a week until u refund me. Now it's personal, I won't go away! Fix your problem or regret it, I promise.

This customer inspected and drove the vehicle. Customer said battery was not good so we put a new one in it. Customer said it was low on fuel so we provided 20 dollars in fuel. Customer signed the as-is form and now we have no soul? Think that comment and review are unfair.

Seen several of my buddies get burnt on trucks from here. They buy em at auction and dont even halfway look them over before placing on the lot. Lots of rust covered in paint and trucks that go off the lot and break after the “as-is” deal is done. Id highly suggest staying away from here.

      Response from the owner

We encourage any of our prospective customers to have the vehicle they are interested checked over by a mechanic of their choice or by one of ours. We are by no means are mechanics nor admit to be. We do the best we can to make sure all of the vehicles leaving our lot are in good running order. I obviously cannot address any certain issue with you sir but I'm sure your friends are thankful for your concern.

Have never seen a grown man act the way the owner(Greg) did. When asking questions about the Carfax of a $14K vehicle, he got defensive and accusing me of gaming him. When I told him I was leaving, he chased my fiance & I out of the parking lot calling us names and swearing like I couldn't believe. Once he knows he's not getting the sale he does a 180 and goes off the deep end. Would not shop here without bringing a friend with you or some sort of protection.

Owner was insanely rude to me from the moment he laid eyes on me. I put 2 gallons of gas in a vehicle I test drove that was sitting on empty out of fear of running out of gas. When I decided to put gas in it, I did not assume I'd get paid back but the nice salesman insisted. When he asked the owner to reimburse me, he immediately got angry and treated me like I was trying to swindle him (I was just standing there not saying a word waiting to see if I was actually going to get the money). Then he asked me why I wasn't buying his vehicle and wanted to argue and got even more angry when I didn't immediately agree with his guess on why the vehicle was running so poorly. He acted more like someone trying to start a fight than someone trying to sell a car. I'm sure he doesn't treat all his customers this way all the time, but it's obvious he has a very inflated ego, acts very insulted if you don't take every claim he makes as fact and is very quick to anger to the point of getting up from his chair and coming at me from all the way across the room looking like a ruffled rooster and posturing like he was going to hit me. I didn't go there to fight, I went there to see if it was a car I wanted to buy (it wasn't). This is not someone I'd ever recommend buying anything from, especially something as expensive as a vehicle.

Half my butt. Tall Can have the durn car back I've contacted my lawyer and I'm still within the law of 30 even if it was a deal made as is

One of the guys who was just sitting around “thought” he knew something(blue shirt short hair)Very rude and arrogant and gave me the finger when I was leaving LMAO. Stay away!!! Read the other reviews! The other guy was fine as were the two younger guys. Ruined what would have otherwise been a decent buying experience.

Great place to find all sorts of vehicles, I've bought three over the years and loved every single one. The salesmen are knowledgeable and fair and are willing to work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

      Response from the owner

Barak. We are glad you have enjoyed purchasing your vehicles from us over the years. It has been a pleasure to get to work with you and we hope to continue to see you later in the future.

Drove 3 hours to see a truck and it wasn't there after getting an email stating that it was there. Also was stated that the truck was local. Upon reviewing a Carfax (that I got from a dealer friend, not the seller), it spent it's entire life as a commercial vehicle in New York. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
