  My wife and I just recently refinanced our home and it was the smoothest experience I believe possible, especially after all we dealt with with our first loan process with a different company. Daryl, Heather, and Danielle kept us informed the entire time, explained every step to us and always made us feel like a priority. The laid out our options and gave us plenty of time to make decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. The excitement just keeps flowing when a company helps you save $100,000+ throughout the life of your loan. Definitely recommend FCF and the crew, they definitely made a life long client.

  I would love to give them 5 stars and in the beginning they were world class. But after our loan was sold... twice and there were miscommunications from the beginning, they stopped returning my calls. I spoke to Daryl in the beginning and it was easy to submit our app with him and at first we were thrilled. But then, we NEVER heard from him again... only his assistants. Then when there was an issue with our mortgage insurance, which the issue originated with the lack of communication from Fountain City Mortgage, they never returned my calls. It feels like once they did their part they washed their hands of us. Not a good way to secure referrals! All we wanted was a call back and this review would have been 5 stars!

  I was extremely pleased with my experience and the seamless work to refinance my home. Daryl, Heather and the Fountain City Finance team were friendly, straight forward, and to the point with my mortgage refinance. No flash, no up-selling, no wasted time...and, they worked hard to get me a great rate!! Would highly recommend!

  Let me just say WOW! We had such a great experience with FCF!!! The entire team made this process extremely easy and super fast! They were all very pleasant on top of that! I was amazed at how easy this entire process was. We had wanted to refinance for so long! We were worried about the process and length of time it may take so we always chose not to but I am so glad we made the choice to do this with FCF! We got an amazing rate and got rid of all our debt at the same time! Now all we have is a house payment! Thanks FCF! You all are the best!

  Heather and the Fountain City team are phenomenal!! Buying a home is stressful, but working with this group made it feel so much easier! They closed our loan on time, were always available to answer questions, quick to reply, and we never had to wonder what was going on.
