  Great bank with great customer service. Keri and the other girls have been holding this bank down with great friendly service and go above and beyond to help serve their customers. The previous branch manager pat was a great asset and role model for this current team. Keri and other girls have done a great job continuing to serve the public

  $5 to cash a North Easton Savings Bank Check at a North Easton Savings Bank... makes no sense. You are doing the same thing as you would for a customer... with a check from your own bank. Terrible.

  Liked the bank, where I went for over 7 years. But I'm not happy that the bank actually used my money to open a ROTH IRA for a completely different type of retirement vehicle. When I asked for further clarification, as the vehicle did not say ROTH IRA on it, the woman just gave me flush... Now I know she just made stuff up, "Oh sure it is. Same thing." Because of the maintenance fees and because I trusted the advisor (who was probably just some small town banker/customer service lady) my money was lost in the inappropriate and WRONG investment channel and spent on hidden and maintenance fees. I can't trust North Easton Savings Bank except for cashing my checks.

  Most of the people here are very pleasant, but today I was on the phone with Paige and she was incredibly rude. Acted like she knew what she was talking and lied to me when what she was saying was false. This bank is just inconvenient & I will be switching ASAP.

  Dont use this bank. They used to be good before they merged with Mutual. They are flooded with hidden fees.
