  All the "NEW PEOPLE" hate life and don't make banking there a pleasurable experience. Not sure why the turn over is so high with tellers but I'm probably going to move banks soon. Customer service is awful. Online banking like it's 1999. Don't get me started on their "app".... avoid this place like the plague.

  Worst customer service!!! The woman I spoke to was dismissive about my ATM card being held and because I wasn't a customer they would just shred the card. She kept repeating "it's bank policy". It turns out my bank froze the card because of possible fraud due to a skimmer scheme. Still the woman was RUDE! Thank God they are not my bank.

  I was looking at reviews to decide on where to put my money. As soon as I read the response blaming covid for their problems I quickly changed my mind. Get over the covid excuse!!!

  I've been a customer since early 80's. Local bank with a big bank options. Staff is friendly and helpful.

  Virtually no customer service, atm is old and outdated, hours of operation are pretty much nonexistent.

  I have been customer for over thirty years. Norton office so slow, waited 45 min when I gave up and left, not before others left, I will never go back to that office.....

  Great bank, I'm from Germany and work one year in USA. Of course I need a bank account for that. The Mansfield Bank was very good advice and has a good and very friendly service.
