  Opened a mortgage with Rockland trust, that process was simple and easy and we got a great rate, unfortunately everything since has been a nightmare. Was told we can’t pay our mortgage from an outside account and must open a checking account with rockland. Ok, annoying but fine I’ll do it. Except when I do that it isn’t linked to my online banking and I can’t access the account or see if my mortgage payment processed. I call customer service and that’s a nightmare beyond belief, hold for 30 minutes, someone answers that has no idea what they’re doing and then transfers me and I hold for another hour before an answer and this guy has no answers either and to top it off hangs up on me. Crazy and super unprofessional. I’m literally trying to pay them money and I can’t get anyone to help with the issue. Even if you’re understaffed which is clear, you should still be willing to make the effort to help your customers. Couldn’t have a worse opinion of the bank at this time. Hope they service our loan to another institution at this point.

  The Assistant Branch Manager in Attleboro, Craig O'Connor was super helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned to assist me with my banking needs. So thankful for Craig!! Highly recommend Rockland Bank for your banking needs!

  I have an account with Rockland trust. I expect when I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to get 4 rolls of quarters that I will be able to do so. But at this location, apparently the quarter rolls are limited to 1 roll per customer as they "only get 1 box of quarters a week for everyone." I've never heard of a bank that operates this way. Luckily, I was able to walk into a bank that I DONT have an account with and get 4 rolls of quarters without a problem. Very odd experience.

  My Experience with Rockland trust has been nothing short of a nightmare. I took a mortgage out on a home in Attleboro with Rockland trust. First thing to happen was this bank accidentally gave out my financial information to someone else and than notified me of their mistake. The unprofessionalism here alone should have been a sign. I later took a home equity line of credit on my home. When discussing the loans fee nothing was mentioned of an early termination fee. I disclosed the likelihood of me not need the line of credit in a few months and the loan officer never mentioned a cancelation clause, not once. He just want to get the loan processed. When trying to terminate the unused line of credit they tried charging me $500 cancelation fee. I talked with the manager PJ Ventura and offered no sympathy for the financial data they gave away or the fact the cancelation clause was never disclosed by his employee. He promised to get back to me on the matter. Its been over a month now and he still hasn't gotten back to me. The support line hasn't been very helpful either. Take your business else where, where they respect your financial data and customer service is more valued

  I've been with my current bank for over 20 years, but there isn't a local branch for me to conduct business. I moved my business accounts over to Rockland Trust after I met the branch manager and some of his employees. PJ and Craig have now gained my business for life! They are so friendly and Craig set up all of my account in about 20 minutes. I didn't even have to bring any paperwork in to them. They were able to verify my business legality online. I received fresh checks and a working ATM on that same trip. Thank you all!!

  Nice people and reliable service make for a great banking experience. I opened my account years ago when the office was still downtown, over the years I've had only one issue, which was readily handled.

  Super friendly staff & always informative. I dont have an account here but cash checks drawn from this bank. Left phone here by accident & they put it in the vault overnight for me😉🏦
