  Horrible service. Ive used their services during hardships for the 10+ years. They didnt send reminders every time, they close early, they just aren't open randomx , not open on weekends, then charge 100x what the loan was for, when i needed to keep my jewelry,from my mom! I lost it all to them and the lady didnt care about the sentimental value. She scrapped it all as junk. Im still very heartbroken the way she treated me.

  Be warned they only give 25% of the retail value. Just sold an Amazon TV fire cube with Alexa for $30 when retail price is $119. I'm pretty sure they work with Western Loans also so if they quote you a price and refer you to western loans don't do it cause they price will be lower than what North City offered you. Prey on the poor. Stick to Craigslist people .

  Very nice staff there. I believe I was talking to the owner and he was happy I walked into the shop and chatted about stuff. Not a whole lot of items but nothing wrong with checking it out.

  Ive been here a few times to buy. I biught a good with diamond ring last year which wasnt bad at all it was and is a nice rinf for a good price. But last xmas I bought an over priced laptop. The thing was pure junk. Barely worked super slow and I payed $150 for it. Never buy a laptop from these guys they eill over price them without actually testing them. They also wouldnt let me test it befote buying it was at the setup phase and they said they didnt want to refresh it incase I didnt want it. Well I wish I wiukdnt have biught it, the worst buy ever

  This is a pawn shop is not worth buying or pawning anything. I strongly encourage people to just buy it out of the store with a receipt you have more warranty than you have with a pawn shop.
