Megan Hurst1Beware! Highly disappointed in the ethics of this company. We made an offer on property that was accepted the following morning via text, email and marked pending for the total we offered in MLS by Mary Givens (seller’s agent). They were supposed to send back our contract with the stipulation that we would pay the buyer’s closing costs (which we agreed to do) no later than noon that day. They didn’t meet that deadline so we extended the time to 7:00 because supposedly they couldn’t reach the seller to sign because of his work schedule. They still didn’t return the contract and the following morning they changed their mind entirely and decided to wait until the following Monday all while accepting other offers. So basically, their verbal and written acceptance was of zero value as well as the fact that she marked it pending in MLS for our offer because, if a higher offer comes in after the fact, they’ll make any excuse to back out of the deal and give you the run around rather than honor their commitment. Their word is trash. This agent and her principal refused to answer calls from our agent as well. We are reporting them to the real estate commission, KAAR and are consulting with a real estate attorney. We have emails, texts and proof of the pending MLS offer. Highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Go read all their other poor reviews to see this is a habitual problem.

Sharon Kilzer1Came to Madisonville to see a couple of lots for sale. One lot was a 6.86 acre wooded lot and there was no sign whatsoever to indicate where it was. Tried to look up the listing agent and had no luck finding him. I had to call another realtor just to find out about the listing.

Catherine Morrison2My mom bought a house not 2 years ago brand new and first the heat went out during winter which took a week to fix and now the air unit. It's been 5 days so far and temperature has been in the high 80's. I've been calling to try to find out about the warranty and when it's going to be fixed. Getting the run around. My mom is 75. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this realty company. Before buying a home make sure about the warranties on any new equipment. They take their time to fix things or wait until the home warranty runs out!

Crystal Moore5My husband and I rented our first apartment from the Lee's @ Norman Lee Real Estate in 1997 and they were very kind and helpful to a couple of kids just starting out. Now it's 2021 and my husband has a lot of medical trouble and is unable to work. We had to start renting and we went back to Mr. James Lee at NLRE Office , and once again they were very good to us. We started renting from him in 2015, it's been 6 years and 2 houses (on same street btw lol) and James Lee has been great. He has helped us at Christmas time when he did not have to. When we have been late he has never been rude, he just says " I know you will pay when you get it, I know if you are late you must needed it because you always have paid me". It's nice to know that he understands people go through tough times and doesn't threat eviction like most property owners. Couldn't ask for a better one. Now if you have had a problem with them, I'd suggest just talk to him. He is a very good person, just don't avoid him or bs him. Be honest and keep your word. Hope this helps someone considering NLRE.

After 2 years of doing business with them I really don't have any negative to say. Staff is always polite and helpful. I personally done a lot of business threw this company and have never been disappointed.
