  Eric Hazuda State Farm is the most friendly, family oriented insurance company i have ever dealt with.   Back in September, I was in the process of buying a home in Monroe County and was scrambling to find insurance. I began going down a list of insurance companies and was getting nowhere until I found Heather. She went right to work and I had a policy almost immediately. About a month later, I needed a policy for my UTV, so I went back to Heather. Again, she got me a policy immediately. In all of my dealings with Heather, she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she responded immediately to all of my questions. Heather was the first person I met from Monroe County and she made me feel right at home in TN. If everyone in this area is like Heather, it will be a great place to live. Nowadays when my wife and I hear the "Jake...from State Farm" commercial, we say, "It's Heather...from State Farm." She is truly a gift to her agency.

  While being a member at State Farm, I’ve only had a couple of employees that actually go above and beyond, and Heather Arp is definitely one of those employees! Not only is Heather helpful, but she is also very professional yet personable at the same time. She not only got my bill lower each month but now I have coverage where I need it. I appreciate all her hard work and always helping me with all my needs. She is DEFINITELY my go to & I recommend you let her work her magic!

  I highly recommend Jessica Cordell for all of your insurance and banking needs! Yep... I said it! Banking. You can use this debit card at any ATM of your choice and not have a fee I love it😁 She helped me build my credit in no time! I went from having no credit to purchasing a home real QUICK. Not only is she very professional, but she tries to do her absolute best to get the rates you’re looking for. She goes the extra mile to help her customers in any way she possibly can.

  Marissa Burkhardt is definitely the person to go to with all your questions! She has helped me out so much. She’s not only very professional but she gets to know you on a personal level also to understand your situation more and how she can help. She knows how to explain things in a way I can actually understand and not have to ask for it to be explained 12 more times.   I can’t brag on Amanda enough she is awesome! Came in she was so nice and helpful. I bought a new auto and had no other discounts and she talked to me about life insurance which made my insurance cheaper with the 2 than the auto! Everyone go see Amanda

  This is 100% the agent you want. He's a family man and treats you like you're part of the family. He looks out for your best interest, seems to work 24 hours a day, and is overall just a great guy.
