  We had a great experience refinancing our home mortgage. It was easy, quick, and for the first time in 13 years we were able to lower our interest rate on our house. I did not appreciate that obviously our information was sold and we are now receiving all kinds of junk mail regarding "mortgage insurance" and other scam types of mail. Hence only 3 stars. Would have given the experience 5 stars if that hadn't started after our closing.

  Hi Rachel, I am so sorry about that experience. Unfortunately Norcom doesn’t sell any of your information, whenever credit is pulled for any loan transactions the actual credit bureaus (experian, transunion, and equifax) are who sell off that information. It is really annoying for us as well, but it is part of the credit system (it’s like when you open a new credit card, you get lots of solicitations for new credit cards). Norcom had a policy to not sell any of your info so I promise it wasn’t us!

  Kelly Turner, and the entire Norcom Team, did an outstanding job assisting me and my family with our mortgage needs on our recent home purchase. We had tight time frames with respect to securing our mortgage and Kelly and her team consistently delivered on time. They provided excellent customer service and were attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Norcom made everything seamless.   Kelly Turner was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She made applying for our mortgage easy and understandable. We closed in about a month after putting the offer in on our new home, I couldn’t believe how fast she got it all done. I highly recommend Norcom, and especially Kelly for your loan officer if you are in the market for a new home.

  Tracy Williams of Norcom Mortgage was an absolute delight to work with. From the very beginning Tracy never missed a beat. While I have no doubt she has a full client load, Tracy always made me feel as though I was her number one priority.
