  I would give lower but they require at least one. The harassment is unbelievable with this company. Carolyn and her daughter Kayla make up these crazy stories to “self evict” by piling up on violations just to move their “friends” in. You never believe the horror stories until it’s you. So shocking to see people with a “tiny” bit of authority, abuse the heck out of it like this family do.

  Richlands an Trenton locations are very well managed head office isn't always easy to get ahold of but that's because she's always working to get things done they don't forget about you just working at more than one property to get the job done 😊

  Wilmington, NC complex is horrible. Don’t move here. I have lived here for almost 5 years. The management is rude, bitter, and consistently trying to enter the apartments unannounced. I have seen so many visitors have their cars towed that I didn’t invite people over. Coming into your apartment you are looking for things to have been moved or maintenance has been in to “repair” or “replace” things without telling you. They have been accusatory without having proof. I have had my comings and goings monitored and visitors were followed. Not mention that the construction of the units and maintenance has been so haphazard that I have had plaster from my ceiling crack and fall because of a roof leak and a badly sealed toilet. The outside wall to my unit looks like the joints are separating and the window frames are chipped. If you want to be bullied, stalked, or threatened this is the place for you.

  These are nice apartments in a nice area but management is absolutely horrible!!! They have tow trucks trolling the parking lot ready to tow anyone without a parking pass day or night. The office to get parking passes are never open so you can never have visitors. They dont even have visitor parking!! My place has water damage and toilet water dripping from the apt above me yet they won't fix it. They have 2 inspections monthly and even though they document problems found they never get resolved. They're very unsympathetic to your life situations and will evict you without pause. DONT LIVE HERE!!! FIND HOUSING ELSEWHERE!!

  The Wilmington NC complex is HORRIBLE. The neighbors are nosey, we have visitors parking and it’s a 2 hour time limit. The towing company (ROSAKS) is rude. The maintenance takes forever to fix things, and they try to evict you over the smallest things.. I would have stayed where i was living first before signing a lease and knowing that i was walking into this.

  The apartment complex in Bennettsville SC, Marlboro Place is horrible. The manager, Brenda Moody is the worst to deal with! She is rude, disrespectful and treats the elderly that reside there, like they’re not important. Where’s the compassion? Someone at Norco, needs to take a trip to Bennettsville and do something, starting with management replacement. Sad, just sad.

  Maysville location manager is so unorganized. Slum lord. If it wasnt for the decent people living there it would not be a pleasant place to live. Never fixes anything. Nasty attitude. Threatning to evict everyone. No weapons allowed yet he carries a pistol to intimidate all those older people. I cant believe all the negative reviews. WOW! Most about mngmt.

  The owners of Maple Ridge really need to look into who they Have managing their property. To include the Maple Ridge site And this one complaints have gone on several years and it doesn't seem the your staff is aware of any of the illegal things that happen. New management is needed IMMEDIATELY!!! I'm sure if the owners were contacted they would not be pleased Joan and Oscar may need to know what's going on since the ppl they have entrusted their dwellings to obviously have no clue

  They r a bunch of sorry jerks. They don't care about their tenants , they don't fix things like they should, they will increase your rent and not tell you. This is the worst place to rent from

  The site manager, Walter and his wife often fail to attempt to resolve disputes at the Maple Ridge 3 location in Fayetteville, NC. Designated parking is indicated in a tenants lease but is not properly enforced.
