  Every time I go in to this specific branch I’m always greeted by the welcoming staff. They’ve always done everything they can to help me with each visit.

  One of the slowest of the branches I've been to. There's always a line. The atm machine is in a terrible spot. They do have nice furniture if you have to wait and sit though

  All the staff here are super friendly and willing to help you out. I have been banking at the cedar and nees branch for the last 10 years. Today, I was having an issue with my account and Kathy Ward was the teller helping me with the situation. She went above and beyond and was able to help me resolve the issue . Every time I have gone in she has always been wonderful and is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. Thank you again

  Do not bank here!!! I got a car loan through noble and they charged me hundreds of dollars because they added some insurance to my loan after I had already given them proof that I had full coverage for the new car the first day I got it! They are just scamming people it’s not right!

  This bank is a joke. I have banked with them for the past 6 years and this past year has been a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and bank at another credit union. They will not inform you when your account has been compromised and their staff is some of the most inconsiderate and unfriendly people in business. As soon as my direct deposit hits my new bank I'm closing this one for good!

  The tellers are not friendly and rude. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in . They are not helpful in directing people where they need to go..however, the gentleman that helped me open an account was very nice and efficient . So I give them a 3stars because of the great memeber service of the man who helped me.

  I love this bank so much my little sister reffered me its been all smiles from me. The location on north cedar is a real convience for me but the downtown location is awesome as well. If your looking for a good credit union then join the noble credit union family

  Great experience. Greeted upon entering by teller. They have a warm and welcoming reception area. Strong coffee brewed up and the wait wasnt long to open an account...at lunch hour no less.

  MaryAnne, the branch manager at this location, is amazing! She's gone above and beyond to try and help us. We've had amazing experiences with the rest of the staff as well.

  Note to other Dudes out there. Seem nice at the Cedar/Nees location. Plan on staying for a while. They are terribly slow. Wife has been in there for an hour already. I’m sitting in the truck. Maybe they sell makeup in there as well IDK.
