  Well, if u do purchase a vehicle from here, there is no need to pay additional for a "Hardship"insurance because they dont honor their so called hardship form that they offer. They might as well not offer it since they dont even honor it. And all the documents of my hardship and my payments are "not documented". I was only directed to one person whose name is Jennifer about my payments and the hardship that was approved but she mysteriously does not work there no more and no one else knows about my payments and the hardship approval!! So now, I get repoed and I keep calling and ask to speak to Ralph, and now he goes AWOL. No phone calls being returned after leaving many messages, hes gone for the day, hes out today and I'll put another message on his desk is all I get. Such a shame even the general manager would dip and dodge his customers phone calls. I should have read these other reviews before thinking about getting a vehicle from No Credit Check.

As far as the Hardship Program, you had exhausted the time allowed as outlined on the program. Your file was reviewed, all efforts to keep you in the vehicle were exhausted and there was nothing more to discuss. We appreciate your business and enjoyed you as a customer.   I purchased a car from them and was paying on time I asked that I pay every month the salesman told me that was fine I could about a week ago they come get my car I had been in contact with them telling them when I can pay and a lady who only been there 3 days has them to come get my car I went with payment in hand and was told I couldnt get my car back or talk to anyone over her I ask to speak to owner she said that wasn't possible nor could I have his number I am seeking legal action because I was told that I couldn't get my car and I also asked were do it say a person can't get there car it was told that they documented everything and I told them I was waiting on my money to be deposited to my account do you think that matter no these people will talk good to you and rip you off at the same time

  This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This place is a total scam. If you purchase anything you will absolutely regret it. You may not even get the vehicle you purchase. You've been warned.

We've refunded the $250 that you put as a down payment on the Impala without any problems or hassle. It was definitely the Impala that you were getting financed with your bank before you abruptly changed your mind, I'm confused why you would say it wasn't?   If I could give no stars I would. The car I have been paying for had issues from day 1. Everyone at this lot knew it. Now they have kept the car and refused to let me leave in it. Pulled it in their shop and supposedly worked on it and have listed it for sale. I have paid almost 5000 on this car. They are now refusing to give it back. The Attorney General and Better Business Bureau will be notified about the kind of business that happens at this lot.

  Hi Kortelia, reading your complaint, it simplistically shows a one sided very short story about our company. But we both know it was not that simple. You did not include your part in this story and as to why the car was not given back to you. You and the drivers were abusing the car... The motor had never serviced, you had no current insurance, you continued to drive the car knowing there was a problem with it. It was in bad shape when it came back, we had no other choice but to sell it for cash loosing thousands of dollars on it. I wish there was a better resolution here, but we were the ones who lost here. You are more than welcome to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General, both of which we are accredited and in good standing with.

  This place is a scam. They sold us a lemon and told us we did it. We ask to trade it out for something else they wouldn’t. They told us we had pay another down payment. We hadn’t had the car for 2 months.No credit check in Saucier is terrible and the lady in the office got an attitude and lied about everything. DO NOT GO THERE AND BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!! I would give them a no star if I could.

  Ms Smith, this is the General Manager. I am not understanding why you are calling us a "scam"? When you got the car it was in perfect running condition. When you reefer to a "lemon", your indicating there were mutable problems, there were not. You showed up at the dealership looking to trade in because the car was not running right. It was a simple fix, I was able to repair myself. The lady - Crystal, may have had a little attitude because you were yelling at her and calling her a liar. You were so aggressive, she had to leave the room. You continued to drive the vehicle for weeks without making payments. I think your more mad about the car being repossessed.

  Buyers beware!! The bad reviews you see here are absolutely valid. You may be on a budget, and want something cheap, but I can assure you if you do business here you will regret it, and you will beat yourself up on how much of a mistake you made. Don't do it! This place will be shut down real soon.

  I Only rated a star just to leave a comment. I think this company is a fraud. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY GABBY, AND WHEN I SPOKE TO SPENCER TO VOICE MY COMPLAINT HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR INFO TO THR OWNERS OR HIGHER AUTHORITY TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF HOW THEIR BUSINESS IS BEING RAN INTO THE GROUND! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!

  They are scam artists. DO NOT purchase here. Over the course of a month I was put into two vehicles and was robbed of $1200 by these people. The cars are unreliable. They promise you a warranty they do not uphold. They wil do and say anything to get your down payment and get you off the lot. That is their scam. Quick in the door money and no reliability. I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!! 10/20/18

  My son came to this lot to look at the truck on Friday April 5,2019 and the truck he paid $3800 for started having trouble on the way home he tried to call the lot but no answer soshe got it home and parked it untill we could take it to a mechanic Monday April 8,2019 and had a diagnostic done test pulled 17 codes 5 codes were transmission codes and the report also says both valve cover gaskets are leaking ,fan is cracked ,power steering pump seal is leaking, rear pinion seal is leaking and on the way home we stopped at the store and it would no longer go in reverse. I pulled the Carfax it says on 6/28/2016 it was recorded to have 220,587 miles on it but there post says it has 171,822 on it and my son was not told of the milage discrepancy. And supposedly there mechanic looked over the truck and found nothing wrong and when they were asked if there mechanic was licensed they couldn't answer that question. Robert the salesman stated that if he had any issues with the transmission or motor he would refund his money and now they are ignoring calls. This place will lie to you to get you to buy there junk I would not trust anything they say and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I found the truck on Facebook I wish I would have read the Google reviews first. My son purchased the gold Ford explorer sport Trac they still have listed on there page.

  Mrs Cain, we have spoken regarding this matter and it looks like you have additional misrepresented statements. Your son had the car through the weekend before we were made aware of any problems. Our Certified Technician checked this car thoroughly there were no signs of major problems but he did inform us that it's an older high mileage vehicle that we were not going to be able to give a guarantee. This was acknowledged by your son when he signed the Buyers Guide that he was purchasing the car "AS IS". There was no way any dealership can give a guarantee for such a older high mileage. We report true mileage indicated on the speedometer. Third party agents who report something else, we can not be responsible for. You took this car to a new car dealership, of course they are going to pick the car apart the have motive to do so. Your son or whoever drove this car over the weekend did not respect this car as it was and there must have been some major stresses put on it for these problems to arise. We are truly unhappy that you feel differently. I would welcome the opportunity to hear from your son, afterall he was the adult that purchased the car.

  There should be the option to have 0 stars cause this place does not deserve any!!! Car started messing up on drive home and had to bring it back to be "fixed" Robert said its probably just in need of tires and they will take care of it, come back to pick it up and dont make it down the block and have to bring it right back cause nothing was fixed!!! The shaking was the same and no one knew anything about what was going on!! Come back again to pick it up for the second time and they replaced 2 tires with even worse tires and I live an hour away and not sure how I even made it home! The car began jerking so bad and pulling into the left lane and the shaking began again almost to my house and yet again parked it til my boyfriend got home and the "replaced" tires both had slipped belts.. Call them and Nicole says they dont cover tires!!! Dont waste your time and money!!! Cars dont last long and I never got to actually drive mine except to the dealer to be "fixed".. Nicole even hung up on me, they are not professional at all!!! That place is not a reliable place for vehicles!!!!!
