  Dina is absolutely amazing!! She was instrumental in helping me acquire my new auto. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I choose to bank with KFCU over Navy Fed and USAA!!

  I got a trainee teller. She was young and very inexperienced. She gave me the correct amount of money withdrawl, but didn't count it out. I changed beneficiaries on one of my accounts and the paperwork was riddled with errors. She couldn't spell. I also got a trainee when I wanted to cash out my mature CD. She didn't make errors, but I sat with her for over 30 minutes for a simple transactions. This is NOT my favorite branch.

  I have called two days in a row. Held over half an hr the first day. Second day I held until they said I could get a call back in the order I was in line. Only ten ahead, but NO CALL ALL DAY!!! Thinking of doing my banking somewhere else

  Tressa is extremely rude and disrespectful! I dread coming into this branch because management allows for customers to be treated so poorly.

  Absolutely horrible experience. If you need to do anything other than deposit or withdraw money(even those lines are terrible), expect a really long wait. Under staffed, empty desks, agents that are working have no urgency. They just sit and talk to their customers while everybody else has to wait. Terrible!! Edit: I changed my rating because it turns out their computers were down the whole time. I still think a little communication in those situations goes a long way but they apologized when someone was able to see me and that exchange was very pleasant, then someone from the branch also called to apologize as well.

  It's a decent lobby. The employees get ya through quick. I think 20minute tops was my wait. The employees get ya through painlessly. Be careful with deposits, they are a little slow in the process. I've had no real issues with anyone there

  I made a complaint/ official dispute about charges that were unauthorized down from my account and they did nothing. So that leaves us $430 that we're out of and they will not do anything about it. Even with proof that it wasn't me, they refused to help.

  They have the best employees and in general are a great place to bank with. Rates beat all the local banks. I have had cars loans and home loans from them.

  Great service! We came to the teller window with a complicated transaction, and were meet with friendly, cheerful, prompt, professional service. Natasha is great!

  Bad customer services. Tellers want to do the job that the other employees in the cube have to do. Waiting on the line for about 2 hours. Changing Bank. Not worth the wait.
