  It should definitely be possible to leave a 0/5 review. If anyone deserves it, it is definitely NMAC financial . I have never experienced such difficulty trying to pay off my vehicle. I have sent not one but two checks to the following address, Overnight delivery with tracking number to Attn: RLBX 740849, Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation MD 1MOC1N 5050 Kingsley Dr. Cincinnati, Ohio. The original check was sent 3/8/22 and then a second check sent 4/11/22 and guess what THEY STILL HAVE NOT APPLIED IT TO MY ACCOUNT! It is now May 3. I have called every week in April ,talked to supervisors, I have filed a complaint and have a confirmation number for it, I have emailed, I even went to twitter for something anything and the only thing I have gotten is runaround and that I cannot actually speak to someone in the department that got my $12,000 check. As of May 3 I still have no answers. By looking at the rest of the reviews it is definitely a NMAC customer service issue and not a me problem. After finally receiving confirmation now I have to fight to get this negative marks off my credit report for non payment even though I have been perfect in my payments since 2018. Such a headache.

  Not sure if this is a right place to leave a review here for NMAC Law Dept. Coz I am not able to reach them by phone but only by Fax.. However, No Any Response from Them for Long time! Customer service also have No right to reach them... As a customer, the only thing I can do is wait....And not able to do anything.. :(

  Don't expect any actual customer service. I have financed 3 cars through NMAC and have never missed a single payment. Even during the COVID-19 lockdowns NMAC hit me with negative credit reports and fees. The customer service rep was snarky and uncompassionate. This will end my streak of Nissan vehicles. Thanks for nothing!

  Stay away from Nissan. They have no remorse for the way they treat their customers. I fell on hard times and was 1 day late on 1 payment just 1 now I communicated with them about what I was going through the rep said as long as it’s in by the 25th, they will not report it. So I paid on the 25th and they still reported that to the credit bureau which caused me to go from 100% on time to 96% on time payments. So basically I feel as though it was a miscommunication from them and a misunderstanding on my end which could have been forgiven. My credit score dropped drastically. I called and literally begged them to remove it and even offered to make 2 payments by that time I was back on my feet. They refused to remove the late payment and even fought with me throughout my entire BBB complaint. When this loan is over, I’ll NEVER buy from Nissan again. The cars suck anyways, Toyota is a better buy and that’s where I’ll be trading this junk in the first chance I get. Nissan should really consider that fact that people are going to fall on hard times its ok to be forgiving especially if you know you’re going to get your money. How about checking your customers payment history before ruining they’re credit!

  I gave them my SSN, Account Number, Contract #, Invoice #, VIN and business Tax ID number and they still couldn't pull up my account. Read all of that off the paper invoice they mailed to my house that had the phone number I called on it and they were like "I think you have the wrong number".

  Have enjoyed financing with them never had problems, when I call in the person on other end is usually very nice and efficient
