  I purchased a basic utility trailer from Chris with NITE. I have to admit I was not the easiest customer as I wanted all sorts of features and was very back and forth. Chris worked with me for about two weeks before I settled on a trailer. I showed up and they had the trailer upfront and ready to go. They also hooked me up with a couple different things to get me safely on the road (since we didn't own a trailer, our hitch didn't get used much). I'll gladly send anyone that needs a trailer to NITE!

  So they sell lawn mower tractors and have a lot of parts in stock and great customer service

  Answered all questions, very upfront with all info, and very pleasant to work with. My wife surprised me for my birthday by purchasing a trailer. She was 100 percent satisfied.

  Awesome service center, hard banging deals but they will work with you.. I highly suggest them... take advantage of warranty.

  Easy to find. A little confusing when going in the lit as to where certain Dept. are located. But, simple once vehicles aren't moving in & out. GREAT people to work with. Parts was very helpful.....

  Terrible experience!! $14,400 trailer purchased and immediately had HUGE issues. Their response- "yeah sorry, but we can't do anything" These people care nothing about their customers and are simply after a sale. They can be voted "the kings of excuses". Take your money and go anywhere besides here!!!

  We've waited to respond to this negative review because we wanted to give Mr. O'Shaughnessy ample time to follow up and receive everything offered to him. Regrettably, even after a thorough inspection by our hookup team here at NITE Equipment, Mr. O. experienced a handful of manufacturer defects immediately after purchasing his trailer. His displeasure with the product is justifiable. Mr. O. lives 150 miles from NITE Equipment. He caught us on a Saturday and insisted that someone drive 150 miles (300 miles roundtrip) to where he was and fix these issues when he has a local dealership 20 miles from him. We and the manufacturer thought this to be an unreasonable request. We had several people on the phone with Mr. O. to remedy the situation as fast as possible, the manufacturer sent parts as quickly as could have been expected and he was offered by the manufacturer to have his time paid for. Mr. O. has had 3 months to accept the offer of his time/labor being paid for and up to now has not taken the manufacturer up on their offer. It's always unfortunate when situations like this arise and we do our very best remedy them as fast, as painless, and as reasonably as possible and it's our sincere wish that our customers are satisfied. At our estimation the most reasonable course of action for Mr. O. to take was to have his local dealer handle these issues. And while Mr. O.'s frustration and displeasure with the product is justifiable, unfortunately his negative review does not represent the situation accurately.

  Was happy with the deal and service I got when I went and bought a trailer. They are very friendly and I would buy from them again.
