  Working with Buckingham mortgage is a wonderful experience.it feels so comfortable getting my whole loan process so smooth and steady. specially Nilesh Makhija, who helped me understand the whole process , since I am first time buyer , worked continuously in touch and always reachable for any questions at any time. My whole process just took less than 20 days and I got the keys as per our desirable day. Highly recommend him for any loan requirement.. great team!!

  I was a first-time home buyer and was shopping for lenders. I am so glad that I have found and picked Nilesh from Buckingham Mortgage! The home buying process for a first-timer is really complicated and convoluted. Nilesh made it easy and fast. He explained the entire loan process through zoom calls in very simple plain English that a novice like me could understand. He guided me through all the complexities, making a collection of the necessary documents a breeze and answering all the questions along the way. I asked tons of silly questions and Nilesh was always there to answer even after office hours and on weekends. Though I had 30 days to close my loan, Nilesh was proactive in getting all the paperwork done and we were ready to close the loan within 12 days. When the appraised value came lesser than the sale price, Nilesh worked hard to provide additional comparable property details to the appraiser and came up with multiple scenarios to cover the difference. Throughout the process, Rohit (Nilesh's supervisor) was also constantly in touch with us to monitor the progress which made me feel confident about the overall progress. We were able to close remarkably quickly. I would definitely recommend Nilesh for mortgage-related needs. I would also like to thank Nilesh and the entire team of Buckingham Mortgage for their support.

  It was a great working experience with Buckingham Mortgage, especially Nilesh and team. They are really professional and got me the best rate in the middle of such a high interest rate market. They were always available for questions and follow ups and my loan was closed the day it was promised to be. The whole process from the beginning to the end was pretty smooth.   I worked with Nilesh to get my mortgage pre-approval, application and financing. Nilesh is a great loan officer- he's very responsive, patient, extremely organized, and has a great deal of knowledge about the process to help you complete your purchase in just a couple weeks!
