  The staff of Buckingham Mortgage from the processing department to Mortgage Brokers are the best I have worked with. I have been a Real Estate Broker and owner of two different Real Estate Companies for 35 years and have dealt with 1000's of mortgage brokers and lenders. My attorney who receives all our closing and title insurance business was just as impressed with their professionalism.   We refinanced through Buckingham Mortgage, and our Agent, Fiona Mulema. was extremely helpful through the entire process. Fiona was very friendly, knowledgeable, and she answered all our questions and concerns. She was also extremely responsive, and helped us resolve all issues that came up during the loan approval process. She explained all the complex paperwork and was available whenever we had a question. I will recommend her to our friends and family. It was a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

  Yaro was our refinancing officer and he made the entire process a truly wonderful experience. This was our 4th attempt trying to refinance our existing mortgage, and every other experience was terrible. We wish we had heard about Buckingham first. They made everything worth it. They were truly patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed - working all hours of the day and even on weekends to assure us of the progress.   I want to thank Angnita “Angy” Corryn and the team at Buckingham for their constant support throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we were assisted every step of the way. Angnita was available to answer questions within minutes and kept track of our file and answered our calls even after work hours. We were ready to close well before the actual closing date. (About 2 weeks before). We would recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless home buying experience!
