  It was truly a pleasure working with you to structure financing for another home in Southwest Florida. We approached you with a challenge. You made time from your personal schedule during a weekend to speak with us. You asked questions and effectively listened to our needs. After assessing our situation, you recommended we contact another company that you believed would be in a better position to meet our needs. You made this recommendation knowing this is going to be lost revenue to you and your employer.
