Patrick Hynes1Have both business and personal checking accounts here under my main business account I have a couple of checking accounts so I can transfer money in between them as they don't protect the business account if anyone steals your identity or debit card now since their recent app upgrade or banking upgrade everything just doesn't work the way it used to work went to the bank three times this week spent about 6 hours in total more time than I've spent in the last 8 years I've had accounts there ridiculous the way this upgrade was handled I'll probably keep my personal account but I'm definitely going to switch out my business ones they didn't test anything didn't have the app for Android until like 3 or 4 days later than rolling out the apple one. Can't reach anyone on phone as they are so overwhelmed by calls they have shut their number down. Didn't bring on any extra staff to help after the upgrade so placed is packed more than Walmart with people not being able to login etc etc.

Patrick Hynes1I would give it no stars if I could. Have been banking with them for almost 10 years. Since their latest "upgrade" to their system and their app, nothing but issues. Every time I try to do something that worked before, there is always an issue. First I couldn't deposit checks, couldn't transfer between my internal accounts, and now I cannot reset my password on my locked account. Comes back with an idiotic message that it can't find me or to enroll. When I try to enroll it says I already exist. Pile of junk. Of course it is on a sunday/after business hours so I have to waste my time during my work to help troubleshoot their horrible product.

Rhonda Allegretto2Having been in the banking industry for more than 30 years I can say with confidence this bank is below par. They have no desire to learn anything about their customers or to be able to suggest products that they would benefit from. I have told my husband repeatedly to switch to Suncoast Credit Union where we have accounts for the past two years and he hasn't. We have had all kinds of customer service issues with this bank as of late. Now their bill pay will be down for 11 days. Ha!!! There couldn't be a better time to switch! Whew!!! Thank you Englewood Bank for that window of opportunity. Buh bye Englewood Bank! ❤ you stink.

Bob Doughty1Been a customer for over 10 years.Since the buy out of this bank by a larger bank, customer service has become horrible. A call out to the worst is Wilkens and Allison ,managers of the south gulf cove branch, the worst. To have money in your accounts and have to fight to use it is absurd. Their limits and follow thur are never consistent and when they make a mistake, can never explain what happened. Lost the small bank feel.

Diane5A Great Home Town Bank! I Love the staff and Great Customer Service! They Really Go The Extra Mile To Take Care Of Your Needs. The thing I like the most, If you happen to overdraft the fee is not charged if you deposit the money that same day before midnight! You can link accounts so you don't overdraft! They treat you like all Banks should but don't! Thank You Englewwod Bank and Trust for all my Banking Transactions!

Florida Bound3Just moved to FL and found this bank with a very nice staff that is super helpful. I know it is a small town bank but I was stunned that they limit the amount you can pay bills electronically. And that amount is very low. If you have a moderate income or are a business you can not do business with limits like this. Been paying bills electronically for 20 years and never heard of a bank limiting the amount. Disappointed as we will now have to find another new bank. I mean it is 2020, not 1920.

Capri Wiedemann4Everybody that works here is super nice. Excellent service and great banking platform. One major downside is that they don’t use Zelle and I had a very hard time getting the debit card they sent me set up. Overall, a better bank than suntrust. However, they’re newest hire (youngest one there) didn’t greet me and was actually kind of rude, no “you’re good to go” or end / beginning greeting at all. All the other tellers are extremely professional and nice.
