  We called shopping around for new insurance as we were with giegco as they just raised our rates. We spoke with Kayla and not only was she so friendly and helpful but even if the rates were the same we would have changed over to state farm just from our experience talking with her. We are kicking ourselfs in the butt for not calling sooner as she saved us almost $200 a month. If you want to change insurance companies Kayla is your girl! We will before grateful for her!

  Nicole has been my insurance agent for the last year. I can honestly say she goes above and beyond for her clients.   Working with agent Kayla was a pleasure. I needed to change my insurance in order to cover a newer car I that I traded in an older model for, and Kayla informed me of the available options. She was friendly and professional, and completed our business within minutes.

  I did not contact this agent. I unsubscribed from State Farm's spam e-mail which I was exposed to because there was no option otherwise to obtained a quote. I recieved an e-mail from some assistant from this agent who then proceeded to state erroneous 'facts' which was info that I never provided to State Farm. It also contained some glaring mistakes. If I had made contact with this broker, the above in combination of their location being in a city/town on the other side of the closest city to me, would not trust vital info or trust the customer service of a company that makes contact and does not have a solid email template containing no mistakes or fake facts. I hope they can fix these mistakes when they interact with any other potential customer.
