  Nick was recommended by our realtor and he did not disappoint. As first time home buyers we were a little intimidated by the process and language that is used. Nick spent time over the phone breaking everything down and providing suggestions on how to proceed. He made the preapproval process simple. Once the property was under contract he continued to follow up during the appraisal, etc. We really enjoyed working with Nick.   Nick Pakulla has been a great help to refinance a mortgage for a property I own that is on the other side of the USA from where I currently live. He has been very communicative despite time differences, on weekends, and connected me with a remote notary so I could complete the forms remotely, in a covid-19 safe way. I appreciate all his efforts, and would definitely recommend him to others.

  Highly recommend. In short, Nick is very knowledgeable, responsive, and gets the job done on schedule (or, in my case, ahead of schedule). He was always willing to walk me through every aspect of the documents he prepared so that I would feel comfortable and informed of what I was signing. I was also impressed with his "soft skills" in that he works in the perfect amount of small talk (but without wasting your time) before getting down to business, during which time he is very professional and no-nonsense. Additionally, as someone who is detail-oriented, I appreciated his attention to detail and ability answer all my questions on various line items. And on top of all that, he had great rates! If you're looking for a loan, you should definitely reach out to Nick.
