  Jeff and his team were an amazing help to make the process of buying a home go as smooth as possible. I appreciated the fact that Jeff was always available via email or phone if I had any questions. He was able to provide a break down of everything that I needed to know throughout the weeks while the estimate for the loan changed. Any time he received new information that could change the settlement cost or loan he notified me and help me understand what was going on. Amazing job!

  I'm not someone who typically writes reviews but my experience with the Novotny Lending Team was exceptional and I felt they deserved some credit for their work! Special shout out to Kevin Fawley on making everything simple, easy to understand, and being very patient with my many questions and general ignorance of the refinancing process. The whole time Kevin, Jeff, and everyone else were very responsive and helpful. I can't recommend Kevin and the rest of their team highly enough!

  I cannot recommend Jeffrey and his team more highly. My husband and I started the house hunting process 6 months ago and Jeff was there every step of the way, taking late night phone calls, answering all of our questions, and walking us through the lending process in a way that made it so much less intimidating. He and his team were there for every rush offer (there were many) and worked diligently and creatively to make our dream home happen when we had all but given up. We are endlessly grateful to the Novotny Team for their diligence, patience, and creativity throughout this process!

  If I could leave a higher star review without a doubt, I would. Michael has been a major help to my boyfriend and I. We are both 19 and wanted to buy our first house. While other lenders laughed at us and never took us seriously Michael was there after numerous failed attempts of our first mortgage lender and got everything handled extremely smoothly. Even with the struggle of my boyfriend working for family, he had our loan sorted out and fully approved in a little over a week. Michael was also very very responsive to texts, calls, emails, no matter how you tried to reach him he was responding ASAP. I cannot recommend this team enough. For any first time buyers or people who work for family or in general anybody looking to buy a house this team is definitely one you want to be working with. I cannot thank you all enough.

A week was a quick turnaround but I appreciate that you and your realtor both had enough faith in me/my team to switch lenders when it may have seemed easier to simply “stick it out” with the previous lender. That’s a tough decision for anyone to make but especially for a FTHB. Congratulations!
