  They're not nice at all, they will finance any junk car from next to any dealership. They charge sky high apr, in my case 24%. When you car breaks and needs repair don't expect any help from them all they want is the payment every month. There's no break in interest when you pay ahead of time, and if you ever call them 50% of the time the person who answers the phone has a attitude problem. I've spent time reading other reviews from this company and many customers have the same issues with this compans unprofessional business approcha. And to top off all the problems I woke up today and wanted to pay off the loan, just to find out the location my loan is thru is closed on a wensday morning, once again a very lousy attempt at business.

  If i could give negative stars i would. This place is a joke. I was late on 1 or 2 payments due to medical problems. Stated they would work with me. My car got repoed and when i just called main office they tell me my car was sold gor 2000. I asked for them to send me info on it. They had my old address at where my mom works in the office so all my mail would be forwarded to me. When i told the man to send it thete he refused anf said he will not do THAT. Well hell they knew w e re my car was at my new address so why not send me what it was paid for. This place is a complete rip off with high financing and they put you in what they WANT...a POS...DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

  If I could give Nicholas Financial 0 stars I would. I financed a car through them; I was prompt on my payments. My car was totaled (not my fault)!and even though I had GAP insurance through them they did not release my vehicle. Poor service.

  They are really not nice at all. My interest rate was sky high (23%). They try to charge extra fees. I would never use them again or suggest them to anyone I know.

  About 10 or 11 years ago I got a car a Chevy HHR.Then I was late on a payment the lady would call my phone and leave voicemails about coming to my house and banging on door..(I wish she would of)anyway I ended up returning the car..didnt want to deal with hassle .sometimes being late happens ya know...well just today I found out they have garnished my wages for a car I returned to them 10 or 11 years ago...calling a lawyer..0 stars they are scum..it was the office on carrel corner in ft.myers

  Not good with returning calls. Fixing issues isn’t there strong point. But good to get you started. Getting started was great 👍🏿 but if fixing 🚫 🤷🏿‍♂️.

  Prompt financing great customer service. I would recommend.
