  I'm very thankful for Nicholas financial. They've helped me build my credit up and told me up front, as long as I'm honest with them, they will help me and there were not lying about that. Even offered to refinance my car and give me an additional loan. I declined, but the work put behind that offer will NEVER go unnoticed. Thank you so much to the staff of Nicholas Financial.

  I was behind on car payments due to a job loss. These people from the Ocala office called my elderly parents and threatened to send the police to their home and arrest someone if the car wasn't returned, causing my elderly mother of 80 years to panic to the point that she almost suffered a nervous breakdown. My father even threatened to sue. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

  Where do I start? First of all of Brian answers the phone, he will never pass message to have someone call you. The branch manager (Christina) when I finally spoke to someone a month later had a really bad attitude and acted like she was so much better than me because I needed a loan. I asked twice on phone of requirements. I was approved on a Fri and told I could come Saturday. Christina refused. I love an hour away. Ok we will wait til Monday. Monday rolls around and (Amanda says come on in) As I head that way the branch mgr cuntina told Amanda she won't be back in off today and she is the only one who can write checks. Tuesday finally get face to face and cuntina says I cannot accept your paperwork. This after I already paid a loan off with them. It was personal for some reason and it was clear. I would never consider these unprofessional stereo type me people again.

  Terrible customer service. We were approved for a loan, signed all the required 500+ papers , DROVE THE CAR TWO HOURS HOME. To receive a call the next day that whomever handled our loan has actually changed their mind (glad to know they don't make a solid decision to begin with) and don't want to follow through with the signed contract. AFTER we signed papers and took it home 'done deal'?! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
