  The customer service is great. I really feel valued by this company. There was a mistake made by a person who no longer works there, any other company would of told me the steps to fix it and be done. Emilio went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t the one waiting in line at the DMV, going back and forth on phone calls, and personally took care of everything for me. More than happy about how everything was handled.

  RED FLAG! This place needs to be shut down!!! Complete Scam! I’ve been trying for days to settle a 5 years old debt with this company and for some reason the only employees who answer their phone are Soyd and a Charles Simpson super rude, provide fake names and titles. Lie about my acct am livid I hope someone sees these and reaches out back to me with help closing the acct.

  Late husband got swindled into taking his title loan and now 1 year after passing I am having troubles paying off the money he got. Incompetent customer service is just making things worse. Answers that are not making any sense, acusing phonecalls and abrasive managers. I had very frieghtening experience with manager there, who constantly asked for money and kept mentioning reposition.
