  I live on the West Coast and had made arrangements for a payment on a certain day. The company failed to inform me that they are on the Easy Coast, my bank flagged the charge as fraudulent because it was out of state. The office has a rule they cant call before 8:30. I started getting a call at 6:45AM. I gave them my payment info a second time thinking maybe she got it wrong the first time. It declined again and I had to unflag it with my bank, to which then they called again and said I called in time to avoid a fee charge for the decline. If the agent would have told me they work on East Coast we would not have this problem and it would be courteous for them to keep in mind the time difference and that some people sleep at hours and we cant always call back right away and threatening me over it is uncalled for because I couldnt answer my phone the second they called.

  This company is HORRIBLE. All the things that you read on the BBB site and reviews left here are true. They like to threaten you will fraud and jail charges - when you bring that up they hang up on you. Claudia refused to send me an itemized statement - which you are legally aloud to ask for from a collection agency. They have to provide you with proof of the debt. Claudia called stating that my payments failed - although I had never agreed to make a payment. Do not believe what they tell you, It may catch you off guard by do some research before they scare you into making payments. I confronted Claudia about my issues, he threats and refusing to provide me with a itemized statement and she got defensive - instantly started to yell and told me she is going to have my checks garnished. This company should be shut down!!!!

  I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Here's what I posted on the Better Business Bureau website about my experience today: This organization has horrible customer service. First, they don't consider the debt holder to be a customer or a partner. They make you feel like you're a criminal and that they're going to have the police come to your home or workplace to seize your possessions. When my payment arrangement was set up, somehow the dates got set on the wrong weeks (not on my paydays), but I was docusigning things on my cell phone and didn't notice it. It was my fault and I was trying to get it resolved, but the representative who called me (Ashley) called my office phone, yelling at me because the payment wouldn't process today. She didn't even identify herself, so I didn't even know what company she was representing. Once I established who she was, I told her that I needed to switch the dates. She was extremely rude and told me there would be a penalty. Since I don't have a choice, I said, "ok", but she continued to be belligerent on the phone. I couldn't stand it anymore and hung up. Once I could gather my thoughts, pull up these DocuSign emails from November of last year, I called their 800 number back and got the same kind of attitude from the person who answered the phone. I was transferred to ANOTHER person, a supervisor, and even SHE was horrible on the phone. The dates were changed, and the transaction completed, but in this melee, I told her that I was going to report this experience on the BBB website, because I was deeply disturbed at how I was being treated. She had the nerve to say that the "file would be pulled" if I posted a negative review. I had to stop the conversation and say this: "Are you telling me that if I complain about your deplorable conduct that you're NOT going to let me pay back my loan?" And she didn't respond to that question, she continued to deride me and say that I was the person who owed the money; that I'm not a customer. It was almost like she was saying I was a litigant in a criminal court case and that I might end up in cuffs if the payment didn't go through next time. I would NEVER recommend doing business with these people.

  They are rude people and i have tried every month to pay want o said I would however their web sight to pay is allessed up wont let you pay so they twll you to goventh.your bank card and the code and expiration date llike that will happen so i will.pay while incheck in to this loan. It was for 650 a gas stove i purchased from thwm now they say i owe 1990.00 I told aw they could come and get the stove it was not worth 650

  This company will say anything to make you pay them, including saying that you will go to jail and have a criminal record. These people need to be shut down for good!

  The manager is the sweetest ever and helped me through a lot and admitted the employee was at fault she is so sweet
