  The most amazing experience that I've ever had buying a home. JoAnn and her amazing team are by far the most professional and talented people I've ever had the privilege to work with. I just bought a home and from the time we put in our offer till close was 28 days with no issues. Very professional very prompt with response to your questions or concerns. If you are looking for a professional company to handle your mortgage and refinance needs look no further. You will not be disappointed.

  We did a re-finance and closed in October 2019. Our daughter bought a home in Dunedin last year and had a wonderful experience with Joann Rooney’s team and before she could tell us we were already engaged with a large national company and things were getting bogged down. We cancelled with that company and went with Joann and she was able to meet our needs in a very tight timetable. We always like to deal with local businesses when possible but not being from the area made picking one difficult until our daughter recommended Joann. We decided this year to re-finance for a couple of reasons one being a better rate. We did not hesitate for a moment to contact the Rooney Team for assistance. Once again our expectations were exceeded and we closed in October 2019. In addition to Joann we dealt with her assistants, Brittany Millard and Mike Rooney. Both were excellent at communicating with us the things we needed to do and were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Two experiences in a year and a half with NFM/Rooney and not one negative experience. Their knowledge and expertise were very helpful and the bonus is they are flat out nice people.

  Best experience (of 3) I've had with a lending team. Mike, Brittany and Joaann were all friendly and thorough from start to finish. There were a number of unique circumstances due to this being a second home 1000 miles away and the virus causing issues throughout the process, yet they were still able to make the whole experience simple and easy. Even well after closing, Mike went above and beyond and helped with issues at the new house we needed taken care of since we could not travel due to the virus. Truly excellent and friendly service all around. Would highly recommend!!!

  Ask for JoAnn. She will talk straight and get the job done. Highly competitive rates. Excellent service. We were going with Third Federal but their long drawn out (old school) process meant a later close. JoAnn got us a comparable rate and closed us in less than 30 days. We felt like she was on our side from day 1 and working for US!
