Lynn Cook5I went to this branch to make a withdrawal and to have some documents notarized. Service was excellent and expeditious. Friendly and very helpful staff with a high focus on customers. Bobby handled the notary service very professionally, taking time to explain things along the way as well as assuring I was comfortable. I found this to be an exceptional branch. My first time going there.

Jimmy Abbiati1Came here to deposit a check, and was sent to the back of the line by the teller when I had to make a written correction on the deposit slip. The customer service here makes no sense.

Sydney Abrams5I opened my first debit account here. I was addressed upon walking into the building. The man that helped me was very polite and walked me through every step of the process while clarifying all of the details of the account. The procedure was expedient and educational. It was a very pleasant visit and I would use this location again.

pip dorling5After having a frustrating morning on the phone with customer service they recommended coming into my local branch to fix the issue. When I arrived I was seen quickly by bank representative Daniel. He was very kind and patient with me and even kept up a nice conversation while we fixed the issue I came in for! I have just started working with BOA, but I am glad every minute that I have closed all accounts at Wells Fargo and opened with them! Saira is a role model in customer service. Eliseo Pineda5Slow service but understandable due to the high demand of customers coming it. Bank security/officer has been very polite/informative with very rude people and the bank tellers have more patience than they should. Overall the service is great, some of the people however that come in seem to want unreasonable service times.

john lorenz5During these times of Covid 19 pandemic, I expected to wait for at least an hour to do a wire transfer, which even in the best of times takes awhile. But the manager organizing the banking line had a moment with no one in line and she was able to quickly do a wire transfer. She was very professional, I appreciate the effort to keep us safe and still maintain service.

Liz H1Very slow service, I was 2nd in line in the drive through and waited for 40min. When it got to my turn, teller said she had to help the front because everyone went to lunch, that I would have to wait another 15 min. How about having staggered lunches?
