  Excellent service! Very friendly staff! My wife and I worked with Billy Hollis and Justus Sharp as well and the two of them did anything and everything necessary to not only get us approved for our dream home but also keep us in our comfort range with our payment and interest! They’re a team that truly cares about their clients and it shows! They said from the start to not hesitate to call them with any questions and they truly meant it unlike most places! Buying a home is never really easy, but they made it as easy as they could for their part of it! Highly recommend the Justus Sharp team with NFM Lending!!!!

  Buying a house took me 5 years to do. After moving from Chicago to Ohio. In those 5 long years I lost the job that allowed me to move to Ohio lost what savings I had. Had a second child and rebuild my saving. During that long time BILLY was patient kind and answered EVERY single question I had.   Justus, Billy and their team did a great job with my mortage loan for my first house. They were available to answer questions through the entire process. They are honest and trustworthy and gave me a good interest rate. They helped me by immediately sending a preapproval letter for my dream house in a multiple offer situation.   They do as much of the work up front as possible. They are set up to allow you to provide whatever information is necessary on your side without a lot of pain i.e. they have a very user friendly site that allows you to sign in and upload documents versus dropping them off or faxing. Very professional group of people who take the time to make sure that the transaction is a positive experience for everyone involved. I had a lot of questions and they were very quick and detailed responding. Good people, smooth transaction. Will use again when applicable!
