  I just refinanced my house with them, everyone was very helpful, after checking with other 2 mortgage companies, I got the best deal from NFM Lending by far. Great customer service and dedication, highly recommended!

  Everyone involved was quick to respond or reply. They did not take any of my questions for granted and addressed each question professionally and in a very sincere tone. Most people don’t buy and sell a home that frequently. Sometimes other people involved didn’t understand that it is all “relative”. Meaning, they do this every day and are belittling with a response. But, not NFM. Simply put, they understand their customers.

  If I could give no starts, I would. Brian and his team are the least professional group of people I have ever had the displease of working with. Not only was there terrible communication on their end, but their customer service was awful and on the day of closing, the told us we needed an additional 4K to close. If you want a good home-buying experience, DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible form, horrible staff, horrible experience.

  We had worked with David on the purchase of our home a few years ago and he was efficient, knowledgeable and made our process easy. When we thought about refinancing it was not a question if we were going to call David or not. He was and will alway be our first call.

  Bryan Raiford, Curtis Meyers, Valerie Gordish and Gwynne Helsel were amazing and an excellent representation of an outstanding company. They were always on hand to answer the MANY questions that I had during my short sale process (which took 5 months to complete from the accepted offer date). Never once did I feel rushed or felt like I was being bothersome. They were always available to me whether it was by phone or email and offered valuable advice every step of the way. Excellent work NFM!!! share
