  Arzoo was helpful in getting my new debit card ordered and assisted me with refund request for fees that should not have been charged on 11/30 and 12/31. She was patient while I explained my frustration with being charged. She walked me through completing the refund form.

  I have worked with Amber Ullah in obtaining a home equity loan. Her professional and very compassionate approach to the hard work of obtaining all the paper work needed were all made easy and the tasks involved were a breeze through her very professional assistance and approach. I highly recommend Amber Ullah to be the one who you should always asked for when it comes to your home equity loan. She will definitely ease all the tensions if you are not a paperwork type person.   Been with Nextmark since it was Fairfax County Employee Credit Union, almost fifty years. The only banking website I know where the live chat works! A quick way to get answers and get assistance.

  Needed help identifying a check deposited over a year ago !!!! Ms Sadaf Kazemian and the NextMark record staff identified the issue and cleared all concerns within minutes.. wow ..!!!! outstanding .. professional .. friendly service - that does not go unnoticed….. thank you !!
